The OneSource Idea

Why one company for so much?

Because the people we serve rarely need just one thing — and they shouldn't have to vet a new company every time they do.

1

Different needs, one call

A transportation company booking collections, a family arranging care for a parent, a household scheduling weekly cleaning — three different needs, answered by one dependable partner.

2

Services that work together

Clients can use more than one division as their needs change — one relationship, one standard of professionalism, across testing, care, and home support.

3

Built to grow with you

OneSource was founded to become a lasting Arizona business — one that hires good people, serves many customers, and keeps its standard high as it grows.

Experience You Can Trust

Founded on 20+ years of hands-on care

OneSource was built by a professional caregiver with more than two decades of experience caring for people at their most vulnerable — including dementia, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's care, developmental disabilities, autism, and paralysis care.

That same standard — careful, honest, done the right way — runs through every division of this company, from a specimen collection to a family's weekly housekeeping.

About Us

One company, built on a lifetime of care.

OneSource Total Care Solutions LLC is an Arizona company with a simple promise: dependable services, done the right way.

Our Story

It started with caregiving

OneSource Total Care Solutions LLC was founded by a highly qualified, highly recommended Total Care Specialist whose hands-on care experience spans more than two decades — years spent in people's homes, at their bedsides, and alongside their families through some of life's hardest seasons.

That experience taught a simple truth: people don't just need a service. They need someone they can trust in their home, with their family, and with the details that matter. OneSource was created to bring that same trust to more of what individuals, families, and businesses need.

Today, OneSource operates four divisions under one name — drug testing, DNA specimen collection, private caregiving, and residential cleaning & housekeeping — each held to the standard set on day one: honest work, done the right way.

Where We're Going

More than a job — a company built to last

OneSource was never meant to be just one person working more hours. The long-term vision is a business that hires good people, serves many customers well, and grows division by division — potentially into commercial cleaning, expanded employer screening support, and broader home services — without ever losing the personal standard it was founded on.

What We Do

Professional specimen collection you can rely on

A drug test is only as good as its collection. OneSource provides careful, by-the-book urine specimen collection following federal DOT procedures under 49 CFR Part 40 — proper identification, sealed and labeled specimens, and an unbroken chain of custody from collection to the certified laboratory.

Whether you run a fleet, manage a job site, or need a test as an individual, you get the same thing: a professional collection, handled discreetly and documented correctly.

  • Pre-employment testing — start new hires off compliant and documented.
  • Random testing programs — collections scheduled around your workplace needs.
  • Post-accident testing — prompt collection when timing matters most.
  • Reasonable-suspicion & return-to-duty — handled professionally and discreetly.
  • Employer collection agreements — ongoing arrangements for companies that test regularly.
  • Mobile collection — we come to your workplace or job site.

Our Standard

Done the right way

A drug test can affect someone's job, license, and livelihood — so there is no room for shortcuts. Every OneSource collection will be held to one standard:

1

Strict chain of custody

Every specimen is sealed, labeled, and documented from the moment it is collected until it reaches the laboratory — no gaps, no guesswork.

2

Confidential handling

Donor information and test details are handled discreetly and kept confidential at every step of the process.

3

Results to the authorized contact only

Results are shared only with the employer contact designated to receive them — never with anyone else.

4

Professional & dependable

Trained, courteous, and on time. We show up when we say we will, and we do the work the way it should be done.

How It Works

The collection process, step by step

No surprises and no shortcuts — this is exactly what happens with every collection, whether it's one test or a hundred.

1

Join the launch list

Tell us about your company and testing needs today — for a single donor or a full crew, at your workplace, job site, or an agreed location. We'll have your account ready, and collections will be scheduled once testing opens.

2

Our collector arrives

A trained collector comes to you with everything needed for a proper collection — no sending anyone across town to a collection site.

3

ID check & paperwork

Photo identification is verified and the chain-of-custody documentation is completed before collection begins, so every test starts out correct.

4

Specimen collected & sealed

The specimen is collected following strict procedure, then sealed, labeled, and documented on the spot — in front of the donor — with an unbroken chain of custody.

5

Sent to the certified lab

The sealed specimen is securely sent to a certified partner laboratory for analysis. OneSource collects; the laboratory analyzes.

6

Results reported

Results are reported through the proper channels to the authorized contact only — for employers, that's the person your company designated. Nobody else.

Please note: OneSource provides specimen collection services. Laboratory analysis is performed by certified partner laboratories.

For Employers

Employer testing programs

Set your company's testing up before you need it — and before launch day. OneSource is now forming employer accounts ahead of our testing launch, so your agreement is ready to go when testing opens — not scrambled together after an accident or on a new hire's first day.

  • Pre-employment programs — new hires tested and documented before they start.
  • Random testing programs — ongoing collections scheduled around your workplace needs.
  • Post-accident testing — prompt collection when timing matters most.
  • Reasonable-suspicion testing — handled professionally and discreetly.

Programs are available for employers of all sizes, transportation companies, and contractors. Owner-operators can also arrange DOT testing collections to keep their own compliance on track.

What We Do

Careful collection, coordinated testing

DNA testing starts with a simple, painless cheek swab — but for results you can trust, the collection has to be done right. OneSource provides professional specimen collection and coordinates with qualified partner laboratories for analysis, so your sample is collected, documented, sealed, and sent correctly from the very start.

For legal matters, we offer chain-of-custody collections when properly authorized — with verified identification, witnessed collection, and documented handling at every step.

  • Relationship testing — paternity, maternity, and other family relationship testing through partner labs.
  • Family testing — siblingship, grandparentage, and family reconstruction cases.
  • Legal chain-of-custody collections — court-admissible collections when properly authorized.
  • Private, discreet appointments — your information is handled with strict confidentiality.
  • Mobile collection — we can come to your home or another agreed location.

Know Your Options

Legal vs. peace-of-mind testing

The laboratory analysis is similar — what changes is how the collection is done, and therefore what your result can be used for. Choose carefully: a peace-of-mind test cannot be upgraded to a legal one afterward.

For Personal Knowledge

Peace-of-Mind Testing

For families who simply want an answer for themselves — private, discreet, and collected with the same care.

  • Quick, painless cheek-swab collection
  • Private appointment at home or an agreed location
  • Results delivered by the partner laboratory
  • For personal knowledge only — not intended for legal use

Not sure which you need? If there is any chance the result could be needed for a legal matter, start with the legal collection when testing opens. Call (602) 916-1481 and we'll talk it through — collections will be scheduled once testing opens.

Our Standard

Done the right way

DNA results can change lives and settle legal questions — so how a sample is collected matters as much as the result itself. Every OneSource collection is held to one standard:

1

Strict chain of custody

For legal collections, every sample is sealed, labeled, and documented from the moment it is collected until it reaches the laboratory, so the record holds up.

2

Confidential handling

Your family's information is personal. Everything about your case is handled discreetly and kept confidential at every step.

3

Results to the authorized contact only

Results are shared only with the person authorized to receive them — nobody else sees your family's results.

4

Professional & dependable

Trained, courteous, and on time. Collection is handled with care and patience, especially when children are involved.

How It Works

From booking to the lab, in four steps

Step One

Join the launch list

Tell us what you need today and join the launch list. When testing opens, we'll schedule an appointment at a time that works for everyone involved — at your home or another agreed location.

Step Two

Verify

Before collection begins, we confirm the identity of each person being tested and complete the documentation. Legal tests require photo ID for all parties.

Step Three

Collect

A trained collector takes a quick, painless cheek swab following strict chain-of-custody procedures — the sample is sealed and documented on the spot.

Step Four

Lab Analysis

Samples are securely sent to a certified partner laboratory for analysis, and results are delivered by the laboratory following its procedures.

Please note: OneSource provides specimen collection services. Laboratory analysis is performed by certified partner laboratories.

We come to you

Collection can take place at your home or another agreed location — no trip to an office or clinic required.

No travel time

Done in minutes

A cheek-swab collection takes just a few minutes — painless, with no needles and no blood draw.

Integrity protected

Collecting on-site, with identification verified in person, protects the sample from mix-ups or tampering — which matters most in legal cases.

Division Three · Private Caregiving

OneSource private caregiving is nonmedical in-home care for seniors and adults who want to live safely and comfortably at home. Care is personal, unhurried, and shaped around your loved one's routines, preferences, and dignity.

With over two decades of experience — including dementia and Alzheimer's care, Parkinson's, developmental disabilities, autism, paralysis and significant mobility limitations, quadriplegic and paraplegic care, ALS care, and Hoyer lift transfers — OneSource brings real skill to complex situations, and real warmth to everyday ones.

  • Personal care — bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily living assistance.

Getting Started

Request an in-home care assessment

Good care starts with understanding your loved one's actual life — not a form, a real conversation. An in-home care assessment is a visit and discussion where we learn about care needs, daily routines, the schedule you're hoping for, and the home itself, so the care plan we propose fits the person, not a template.

Family is welcome — and expected. If family members live out of town, they can join the conversation by phone, so everyone hears the same information and can ask their own questions.

Why Employers Choose OneSource

A testing partner, not just a collection site

Most collection sites make your employees come to them, wait, and lose half a day. OneSource is built the other way: when testing opens, we will come to your workplace or job site, collect in minutes per person, and keep your operation moving — with the same strict chain-of-custody procedure on every single test.

We come to your job site

Mobile on-site collection at your office, yard, or job site — planned now, ready when testing opens. No travel time lost, no waiting rooms, no crew scattered across town.

Set up before launch day

Request your employer account now, ahead of launch, so pre-employment, random, and post-accident collections are ready to schedule when testing opens — not scrambled for under pressure.

Done the right way, every time

Programs We Support

DOT & non-DOT, covered

  • DOT testing collections — urine specimen collection following federal DOT procedures under 49 CFR Part 40, with specimens sent to certified laboratories.
  • Non-DOT testing — pre-employment and workplace testing for non-regulated roles, collected with the same care and documentation.
  • Pre-employment — new hires tested and documented before their first day, so onboarding never stalls.
  • Random testing programs & pools — ongoing random collections scheduled around your workplace needs, for DOT pools and non-DOT programs alike.
  • Post-accident — prompt collection when timing matters most. Having an account set up ahead of time means one call, not a search.
  • Reasonable suspicion — handled professionally and discreetly, with documentation you can stand behind.
  • Return-to-duty & follow-up — collections arranged through your program's proper channels.
  • Owner-operators — DOT drivers running under their own authority can arrange collections to keep their compliance on track.

Please note: OneSource provides specimen collection services. Laboratory analysis is performed by certified partner laboratories, and results are reported through the proper channels to your designated contact only.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions, answered plainly.

What to bring, how testing works, and how care gets started — in plain language, before you ever have to ask.

Drug Testing

What do I need to bring to a drug test?

Note: Testing is launching soon — employer accounts are forming now and collection appointments will be scheduled once testing opens. When testing opens, bring a valid government-issued photo ID — a driver's license, state ID, or passport. If your employer sent you, also bring your employer authorization form or any paperwork they gave you for the test.

Arrive able to provide a urine specimen, and be prepared to empty your pockets and store personal items during collection, as federal procedure requires. If you're unsure whether your paperwork is complete, call us at (602) 916-1481 and we'll confirm.

What does a DOT collection involve?

A DOT collection follows strict federal procedures under 49 CFR Part 40. In plain terms:

  • Your photo ID is verified and the collection paperwork (chain-of-custody form) is started.
  • You provide a urine specimen in a private restroom, following the collector's instructions.
  • The specimen's temperature is checked right away, then the specimen is sealed in front of you, labeled, and initialed.
  • The sealed specimen and paperwork are sent to a certified laboratory for analysis, with review through the proper channels.

The whole appointment usually takes only a short time, and every step is documented so the result can be trusted.

How long do drug test results take?

Timelines vary by test type, the laboratory, and whether a result needs additional review — so we don't promise a specific turnaround. Testing is launching soon; ask when you join the launch list and we'll tell you what to expect for your particular test once testing opens. Results are always reported through the proper channels to the authorized contact only — never to anyone else.

Can testing happen at our workplace or job site?

Yes — when testing opens, mobile on-site collection will be one of our specialties. Our collector will come to your office, yard, or job site, which means no travel time lost and employees back to work in minutes. Testing is launching soon: employers can request an account now on our For Employers page to join the launch list, so collections are ready to arrange when testing opens.

DNA Testing

How does DNA paternity testing work?

It's simpler than most people expect. DNA collection is launching soon — join the launch list today and we'll contact you as testing opens. When testing opens, at your appointment a trained collector will take a quick, painless cheek swab from each person being tested — no needles, no blood. Identity is verified, the samples are sealed and documented on the spot, and they're sent to a qualified partner laboratory for analysis.

Results are delivered by the laboratory following its procedures. Timelines vary by test type — ask when you join the launch list and we'll explain what to expect for your case.

What's the difference between legal chain-of-custody testing and peace-of-mind testing?

The laboratory analysis is similar — what differs is how the sample is collected, and therefore what the result can be used for.

  • Legal chain-of-custody testing: A trained collector verifies photo ID for all parties, witnesses the collection, and documents every step in an unbroken chain of custody. Results from a collection done this way can be used for legal purposes — such as court, child support, or official records — when the test is properly authorized.
  • Peace-of-mind testing: Done purely for personal knowledge. The collection is less formal, and because there is no verified chain of custody, the results are for your information only and are not intended for legal use.

If there's any chance your result could be needed legally, choose the legal collection from the start — a peace-of-mind test can't be upgraded afterward. We're happy to talk it through before you join the launch list.

Does a DNA collection hurt? What about for children?

No. A cheek swab is painless — a soft swab is rubbed gently inside the cheek for a few seconds. It's the same for adults and children, and our collectors take care to keep the appointment calm and unhurried, especially with little ones.

Caregiving & Getting Started

How do caregiving arrangements get started?

It starts with a conversation. Reach out by phone, email, or a quote request and tell us about your loved one — their needs, routines, schedule, and what kind of help would make the biggest difference.

From there, we prepare a quote tailored to your family and talk through the arrangement together: hourly, overnight, live-in, or an ongoing agreement. Care is nonmedical in-home support — personal care, companionship, mobility help, meal preparation, and respite for family caregivers — shaped around your loved one's dignity and your family's terms. There's no obligation in asking, and no pressure in the conversation.

What experience stands behind OneSource caregiving?

OneSource is led by a Total Care Specialist with over 20 years of professional caregiving experience, including dementia and Alzheimer's care, Parkinson's, tracheostomy care, ventilator-dependent clients, PEG tube management, ALS care, and care for people with quadriplegia and paraplegia. Certifications include Certified Caregiver, CPR & First Aid, Mental Health, and Neurological Diseases. See the full list on our About page.

How do I get a price?

Every client is different, so every quote is prepared for your specific needs, schedule, and service area — we don't publish one-size-fits-all pricing. Send a quote request or call (602) 916-1481 and we'll prepare yours.

Fair & Transparent

How your quote is determined

We don't publish one-size-fits-all prices, because no two clients need exactly the same thing. Your quote is built from your actual situation — here's what goes into it:

Type of test or service

A DOT collection, a legal DNA collection, a day of caregiving, and a deep clean are different work — your quote reflects the service you actually choose.

Number of people

One donor or a whole crew, one person tested or a whole family — the number of people involved shapes the time and materials your visit takes.

Location & travel

We're a mobile service across the Phoenix metro, so where we're coming to you — workplace, job site, or home — is part of the quote.

Scheduling needs

One-time or recurring, a single visit or an ongoing program, standard hours or a schedule built around your operation — tell us, and we'll price it honestly.

Request a quote above with a few details and we'll prepare exact pricing for your situation — no obligation, and no pressure. Employers setting up a program can use the detailed form on our For Employers page.
